Comment: | In addition to its offices in Cinderford, Lydney and Coleford (see separate records), the Forest of Dean CAB Outreach Service aims to improve the accessibility offered by the CAB in the Forest of Dean. The service operates at :-
+ the Library, High Street, NEWENT on Tuesdays from 10:00am to 12:00 noon (drop-in) and 12:00 noon to 3:30pm (appointments). Contact the library staff to make an appointment;
+ Health Centre, Beech Way, BREAM on Mondays from 10:00am to 12:00 noon;
+ The Surgery, Mill End, BLAKENEY on Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:00am;
+ The Surgery, Drybrook Road, DRYBROOK on Wednesdays from 3:30pm to 5:30pm;
+ The Surgery, Brook Street, MITCHELDEAN on Thursdays from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
Outreach advises on all topics including social security benefits, housing and employment. A Money Advice Service is available in the Forest of Dean Citizens Advice Bureau offices.
From 3rd. July 2007, each Tuesday from 10:00am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 3:00pm there will be an advisor available to give advice over the phone. |
