Comment: | Overeaters Anonymous is a self help group for people with all types of eating disorder. It is not a diet club, people are not weighed and no fees are charged. Regular meetings are held for group sharing offering identification, acceptance and complete anonymity. By adopting certain spiritual principles, based on those of Alcoholics Anonymous, they remedy the underlying causes of the illness and the symptoms are relieved. There are currently onehundred and twenty three groups in mainland GB. To locate nearest group, write, enclosing a SAE or telephone the helpline.
