Lighthouse West London, part of the Terrence Higgins Trust, is a charity and a support centre for people affected by HIV. Services include counselling, support in the community through buddies and mentors, complementary therapies, a rapid one-hour testing clinic, nutrition and dietry advice, podiatry and yoga. Lighthouse West London also provide support services to people from black and minority ethnic communities. The charity runs peer support groups including a gay men's group, a recently diagnosed group and a Sesame group for people who are heterosexual, culturally European.
