Comment: | Gamblers Anonymous (GA) is a self-help fellowship of men and women of any age who want to do something about their gambling problem and to help other compulsive gamblers to do the same. It helps them to return to a normal way of thinking and living without gambling, by offering support, and understanding. There are around two hundred local groups (of which there are details on the website), and a monthly publication called 'New Life'. There is also a support group, called Gam-Anon for people who live with gamblers (see separate record).
GA also produces a range of literature, which can be ordered by ringing the literature helpline on 0958-731008.
