Comment:	Cry-sis is self-help support group run by volunteers who have experienced the problems of a crying and / or sleepless baby. Volunteers take telephone calls from parents who want help, information, and reassurance about their baby or an opportunity to talk to someone who really understands. They have a National network of volunteers who aim to support emotionally and give practical help. The Cry-sis Helpline is open between 9:00am and 10:00pm, seven days a week.
