The Association for Post Natal Illness has Countrywide volunteers who have had and recovered from Post Natal Depression. They support mothers who are currently experiencing this illness on a one-to-one basis. The Association is always prepared to offer advice to depressed mothers on a wide range of issues concerning the management and treatment of post-natal illness. Specialist advice is available. The Association works in co-operation with a number of other organisations. Free leaflets and info. packs are available for GP's. Partner support is offered, and also phone and postal contact. Information is available in several different languages including Gujarati, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi and Bengali.
