Comment:

The Royal Forest Adult Opportunity Centre offers day care and provides a stimulating and caring environment for people with learning disabilities. Clients will be allocated a key worker who will help them decide what activities to join and give guidance on decisions about their future. The Centre aims to help work out ways to meet needs, and build on strengths and skills. There are supported Outreach Projects in Coleford and Newent. Short courses can also be arranged. A Canteen offers a choice of meals daily and light refreshments are available during the day.
A new centre in Cinderford will be replacing the old Valley Road Centre in 2007.
