Comment: | Freedom Social Care offer a full and comprehensive Home Care Service for individuals of all ages with learning disabilities and physical disabilities, the elderly and people who are unwell or have just been discharged from Hospital and are having difficulty living independently at home. They are registered with CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection) and fully compliant with the Care Standards Act 2000 National Minimum Standards.
Freedom Socialcare believe that everybody should have the opportunity to live independently in their own home with dignity, freedom of choice and control over their own lives.
Before providing a service to you, a member of their experienced team will need to meet with you in your own home to conduct a care and risk assessment and discuss your individual needs. Please feel free to have a family member, friend, advocate or any other important person you wish at this meeting. |
