The Muslim Womens Helpline can be called on 020-8908-6715 or 020-8904-8193. It aims to offer support, comfort and give practical information to any Muslim female, young or old. The service is confidential and operates Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The Helpline aims to be impartial and not to judge the enquirer in any way, but just to be supportive. A befriending service is available in certain areas of the country.
