Comment: | Stroud Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDT) is a multi-disciplinary team based at Westridge in Stonehouse, and covering the Stroud locality. The Team offers a co-ordinated service to people with a learning disability, their carers and other professionals. They can provide a wide range of help and advice covering mobility, communication, occupation skills, independence training, behaviour, relationships, health and medication. They liaise with other agencies concerned with the care of people with learning disabilities. The Community Learning Disabilities Team's office is normally open from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
