The University of the Third Age (U3A) is a world-wide, self-help organisation, providing day-time educational, creative and leisure activities for anyone over the age of fifty, who is no longer in full time employment. No qualifications are needed and none are given. Members organise their own activities and offer their skill, knowledge and experience to their fellow members.
From Monday to Friday weekly, many group meetings are held covering varied and interesting activities.
A monthly meeting is held (on the fourth Monday of the month) at 2:15pm in the Guildhall, Eastgate Street, Gloucester. For membership details please contact Mary Angel 01452-531258.
