Comment: | Donations of household goods are welcomed by the project on Monday to Friday (9:30am to 4:30pm). They can arrange collections during this time, but would ask that a mutually convenient appointment is made in order to ensure that an efficient service is maintained. The project is countywide for deliveries only and operates a policy of allowing those needing the service the choice from their shop. The product range includes electrical appliances which are fully safety tested. Any charges are simply to cover overheads. They are unable to collect from the extremes of Gloucestershire due to limited resources. They currently undertake approximately forty-five collections and deliveries per day.
The Project has developed training as one of its activities, to allow individuals supporting our work within the community to access accredited training through partnerships with the LSC, Connexions and others. They are an approved NVQ and NPTC training centre. Contact them for more information.
