Previously known as the Benefits Agency, this is one of the main benefit offices in Gloucestershire (the others are in Gloucester, Stroud and Cirencester).
The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm, Wednesday 10:00am to 4:30pm.
There is an interview room for disabled people. People wishing to clarify benefit details after a death can phone to make an appointment, otherwise no appointment is necessary.
