The Association of Youth with M.E. (AYME) is the only national registered charity soley dedicated to support young people with ME. Its members are aged between five and twenty six and represent all ages, geographical areas and physical abilities. A members magazine is sent out bi-monthly and a three-day conference is held every year for all those who wish to attend. AYME also runs a matched pen-pal service, comprehensive postal library, a website with chat room and everyone's birthday is remembered!
AYME is run by member volunteers and aims to be a vital source of support and inspiration to all young people with ME and their families. There is a helpline on: 08451-23-23-89.
