Comment: | The Meadows provides residential short breaks for children with learning disabilities from the Stroud, Dursley and surrounding areas. Access is via Social Services or CLDT. The home can cater for four children at any one time. The child can come for one night, or a weekend, or up to two weeks in any one visit according to child service plan. Regular short breaks can be arranged for the child in consultation with the SSD. The Meadows is run by NCH. Many children using The Meadows have additional physical disabilities and other complex needs. |
