Comment: | The British Society of Experimental and Clinical Hypnosis (BSECH) was founded in 1977 for doctors, dentists and psychologists interested in the theory, research and practice of hypnosis and related procedures. It is affiliated to the International Society of Hypnosis and the European Society for Hypnosis in Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Medicine.
The Society organises training workshops for health professionals at basic and specialist level, holds meetings and an annual conference consisting of training workshops and lectures on clinical applications and research. A quarterly publication is produced: Contemporary Hypnosis.
Individuals may contact the Society, briefly outlining their problem(s) and they will be directed to an appropriate professional in their area.
