Comment: | Holders of the Leisure Pass are eligible for discounts on a range of activities at the District Council Leisure Centres. There is a charge of £1.00 per applicant, and renewable each year.
Those eligible to apply for a 50% discount on most activities should live in the Forest of Dean and be in receipt of one of the following benefits:- Job Seekers Allowance (Income-based), Minimum Income Guarantee, Council Tax Benefit, Housing Benefit, Incapacity Benefit or Working Tax Credit , or be a full-time student over sixteen whose parents receive one of these benefits.
A 25% discount is available to full-time students over sixteen and residents who are over sixty. Applications for the Leisure Pass are available at One-Stop Shops at Cinderford, Lydney, Newent and Sedbury; Heywood, Five acres, Newent and Whitecross Leisure Centres and the Council Offices at Coleford. |
