Comment: | The Monday Club is organised by Phyllis Lugg and meets on Mondays from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The Club provides a chance for people who are otherwise housebound to get together and enjoy some easy social activities (eg. painting, cards, bingo, knitting, gentle exercises) and companionship. The cost of £2.60 per day includes lunch. The Club is held at the Cirencester Pop-In, Akeman Court. Two or three times a year the Club organises outings. The club usually attracts eighteen or so people to each session. |
