Comment:

HFT South Cotswold provides a range of services for people with a learning disability. These include housing and day services for forty people in several houses and bungalows on two sites in Gloucestershire. The residential service is designed to meet a wide range of needs from high intensity to a more independent lifestyle. The Old Quarries Site in a small village eight miles out of Stroud has recently been developed extensively. The site has three smaller units with the grounds and offers a service to a range of people including those with complex needs, physical disabilities and those who have a more independent lifestyle.
There is another site at 107 Stratford Road in Stroud and a Supported Employment Project, also based in Stroud (see separate records).
All service users are encouraged to access college placements and evening classes.
