Comment: | The Club is affiliated to all the major shooting organisations and provides facilities for a number of Target Shooting disciplines. These include:
+ AIR RIFLE at 6 yards and 10 metres indoors and FIELD TARGET at up to 50 metres outdoors;
+ AIR PISTOL, including CO2 rapid fire, at various ranges from 6 yards to 20 metres;
+ Sports and Field CROSSBOW at 20 yards indoors and up to 50 metres outdoors;
+ SMALLBORE RIFLE at 25 yards indoors and, in the near future, 25/50 metres outdoors;
+ Club nights are Monday through to Friday, but not all disciplines are available at all times.
All ages and both sexes can enjoy Target Shooting at Recreational or County / National level and coaching is available to members.
Juniors are taken through the eight lesson National Youth Proficiency Scheme for Air Rifle Shooting. |
