The British Red Cross Medical Equipment Service is run throughout Gloucestershire by staff and volunteers dedicated to helping people at times of personal crisis. They offer items of equipment such as wheelchairs and commodes on loan on a short term basis only. Due to the constant demand on limited resources they are only able to loan equipment for a maximum period of three months. They cannot extend this loan period. If equipment is required on a long term basis, arrangements must be made elsewhere before the three month period is up.
Whilst they do not make a charge for loan equipment, your donation will enable them to continue to offer this worthwhile and valuable service to others in need in the community.
