Wheatridge Court offers countywide residential assessment and accommodation for physically disabled adults. It provides short breaks (currently £7.80 per night), short term rehab, plus some longer term places. Accommodation comprises of thirty bedsits and two bungalows. People are helped to live as independently as possible (supported by Link Worker and twenty four hour staff cover) being involved in their own shopping, cooking etc.
Individual Care Programmes are developed with the service user, to achieve optimum levels of independence for future life.
