Redlands Acre is a residential home, owned by CTCH Ltd. and is a Member of the Gloucestershire Care Homes Association. It is registered with Gloucester Social Services for up to twenty six residents. There are both single bedrooms, and double bedrooms for those who request them. There are three lounges at Redlands Acre - the rear lounge overlooking an acre of landscaped gardens - and two dining rooms.
Regular visits are made by the chiropodist, dentist, hairdresser, a mobile library and shop.
