Comment: | WRVS provides a range of services to help people in need who might otherwise feel lonely and isolated. They work with other charities and organisations, local authorities and the NHS, meeting needs in communities throughout England, Scotland and Wales. Volunteers play a vital role; over seventy thousand of them, men and women, give up their time to help other people and to make life better in their communities. Together with WRVS employees they deliver professional services with a personal touch.
