Comment: | Aphasia-Now is a website for people who are aphasic, or have someone close to them with this hidden disability, sometimes called dysphasia. An estimated two hundred and fifty thousand people in Britain have aphasia. There are around twenty thousand new cases every year.
Aphasia-Now focuses on resources for people with Aphasia, helping them to help each other become independent, communicate with other Aphasic people, and overcome Aphasia together. Aphasia-Now posts regular news articles, research information and provides a forum for swapping information. |
