Comment: | Orchard House is dually registered with the local authority, having fifty permanent beds, forty of which are nursing beds plus ten Residential. It is managed by the Orders of St. John Care Trust. The Home is situated near to local amenities including a church, library and public house. Staff arrange many activities for residents eg. bingo, parties, quizzes, handicraft and musical sessions, shopping trips. During summer, outings and picnics are arranged. Other facilities available include weekly hairdressing, chiropody, optician and audiology services. |
