Play-Train opened in 1997, and provides professional, quality childcare and education for up to six children aged up to eight years old in a home-based family daycare environment. They operate a flexible programme of both full and part-time care between the hours of 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. They operate a developmentally-appropriate practice, catering to each childs and infants individual needs. Play-Train is inspected and registered with Ofsted and is a member of the National Childminding Association and Gloucestershire Childminding Association.
Francine Brett has over twenty years of experience working with children in both the UK and the USA and has been a registered provider of childcare for seventeen years in London and Gloucestershire. She has an Honours Degree in Psychology and a post-graduate Advanced Diploma in Education. Francine is also a Counselling Psychologist in private practice and holds a Diploma in Clinical and Pastoral Counselling and an Accreditation as a Domestic Violence Practitioner.
