Victim Support Avonvale (VSA) offers emotional and practical support to victims and witnesses of crime. Hundreds of volunteers, reflecting the diversity of the communities they serve, are the backbone of the service.
VSA offers free and confidential assistance to victims and witnesses of crime. The service is provided free and in complete confidence, whether or not a crime has been reported to the police. They are committed to reducing the distress and disruption caused by crime.
Victim Support Avonvale volunteers undergo rigorous training. They offer practical help and advice in such diverse areas as housing, police procedures, personal security, insurance and criminal compensation, and support victims of crime through a range of complex procedures.
