The Forest of Dean Bereavement Support Group has been set up to provide support for bereaved people of any age. It helps people to come to terms with their bereavement, through either group support or one to one befriending, provided by trained volunteers who have themselves suffered a bereavement. Meetings take place on the first Thursday of each month at 7:30pm in the Day Centre of the Dilke Hospital (on the B4226 between the Speech House and Cinderford).
