Comment: | The Lawns is both a Nursing Home and a Neighbourhood Care Centre for people needing nursing or social care, which is provided on a level that maximises independence, privacy and dignity. The Lawns is registered for thirty two people, which includes two places for younger people with a learning disability and ten for young physically disabled clients. Most rooms are single with en-suite toilets and showers. There are three lounges and dining rooms. Social activities include bingo, social evenings and local day trips. Twenty four hour nursing care is provided. Hairdressing and Chiropody available weekly by arrangement. They also provide day care and welcome health funded clients. |
