Comment:

The Back-Up Trust is offering opportunities for people who have had spinal cord injuries to enjoy new outdoor sporting and recreational activities. They have many varied activities such as skiing, waterskiing, sailing, canoeing, abseiling and orienteering. The organisation also runs an education programme of talks and presentations to schools and spinal injury units and some general hospitals which receive spinally injured patients. Able-bodied volunteers are always needed to help with the courses.
