Comment: | Helping Hands is a good neighbour support scheme which has raised funds independently for a range of nursing aids to assist people in their own homes. The service aims to supply equipment when necessary when Social Services are unable to meet demands. The range includes adult wheelchairs, zimmers, bed pans, arthritis home aids, commodes, bed tables and cradles all to help nursing and recuperation at home.
(NB This service is only available to residents of South Cerney and Cerney Wick although they will consider residents of Cirencester; Helping Hands does not supply home-care type services). |
