Comment: | The Hamlet Trust is a specialist mental health organisation working in Central and Eastern Europe. The Trust accepts that with so many conflicting demands on the infant democracies it is becoming harder for people with mental health problems to find a place in the social fabric of these countries. The Trust works to ensure that people with mental health problems are not excluded from the process of democratisation, by setting up training programmes and facilitating an exchange of experiences within the countries themselves but also with Western Europe. |
