Comment: | The Cotswold and Cirencester Community Learning Disabilities Team shares office accommodation with the Specialist Health team at Chesterton Halt Resource and Information Centre. They are a multi-disciplinary team working together to offer a co-ordinated approach to the support and care of people with learning disabilities. The Team includes two Community Nurses, Clinical Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Specialist Social Worker, Psychiatrist, Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist.
This team also covers the North Cotswold area. |
