Organisation:Arthritis Research Campaign

Comment:

The Arthritis Research Campaign (arc), founded in 1936, raises funds to promote medical research into the cause, treatment and cure of arthritic conditions; to educate medical students, doctors and allied healthcare professionals about arthritis; and provide information to the general public.
A major part of arc’s work is education, which includes providing information about arthritis and related conditions to members of the public and medical professionals. arc publishes over ninety free information booklets, mind maps and information sheets which are available on request – please enclose a large SAE with postage to order, or go to their website where you can browse and download all the publications. The quarterly arc magazine is free to anyone making a donation of more than £15.00 per year, and keeps you up to date with all the latest arthritis, research and education news.
