The FoD CLDT is a multi-disciplinary team of Health Service professionals working together to provide help and advice to adults and children with a learning disability living in the FoD area. The Team consists of four community nurses, a counselling psychologist, speech and language therapist, two occupational therapists, a physiotherapist and a physiotherapy technical instructor.
The team works closely with a consultant psychiatrist (based in Gloucester) and a specialist social worker (based locally at Dean House in Cinderford).
A dietician is also available for consultation by the team.
