Comment: | The Carers group meets on the last Monday of each month from 2:00pm to 3:30pm at Glebe House. There is no meeting in December. The group hopes to attract people from Dursley, Cam, Uley, Coaley, Stinchcombe etc. A range of activities is available, including discussion of carers' concerns and possible solutions, social activities and speakers from within the Health professions who explain how their work can be of benefit to carers.
At present there are only five members. Membership fees go towards the cost of meals out. There is no formal organiser, but Peggie Hole acts as the treasurer. |
