The Forest of Dean Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) offers free, impartial and confidential advice in a variety of areas including legal matters, consumer problems and employment, and ensuring that individuals are aware of their rights and responsibilities. CAB is also able to offer a Money Advice Debt Counselling Service. Initial interviews are held at normal sessions, but thereafter appointments may be made with a specialist involved.
Forest of Dean Citizens Advice Bureau sessions in Lydney are held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00am to 12:30pm. There are also offices in Cinderford and Coleford, and an outreach service (see separate records).
From 3rd. July 2007, each Tuesday from 10:00am to 12:00noon and 1:00pm to 3:00pm there will be an advisor available to give advice over the phone.
