Comment: | The Community Learning Disabilities Team (CLDT) is a team of professionals who work with people with learning disabilities in the Gloucester Locality, to enable them to live in the community. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Community Nurses (including two CN's working with children), a Speech and Language Therapist, a Physiotherapist, a Clinical Psychologist, a Psychology Assistant and an Admin. Manager. They also work with a Consultant Psychiatrist , Occupational Therapy Assistant, Physiotherapy Assistant, and a Dietician who is based at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital. |
