The Trust exists to help towards the cost of the helpers of severely disabled people on holiday, where those costs cannot be met by the helper or from any other source and where the disabled person would be unable to go on holiday without someone to assist them with everyday needs. Applications must reach the Honorary Secretary by 1st. February and 1st. August (for summer and winter holidays respectively).
The Trustees now only consider applications once in every two years. Minimum age of applicant is seventeen years and evidence from a Doctor or organisation for disabled people is required.
