The British Dyslexia Association (BDA) aims to improve the general awareness of dyslexia through information and to encourage the provision of appropriate tuition in both the public and private sectors of education. A helpline offers support to callers and refers them to their local support group. This helpline operates from 10:00am to 12:45pm and 2:00 to 5:00pm weekdays. BDA has a range of publications for sale and runs conferences and workshops for parents and professionals.
