Comment: | The English National Association of Visually Handicapped Bowlers is the official body for Blind Bowling. It is recognised by the IBSA and IBBA, and has some six hundred members, many of whom belong to the fifty one member clubs situated throughout England. Their aim is to promote bowls and set up clubs and tournaments for visually impaired people.
As and when necessary, the Association will send out squads to represent England in international events. |
