Comment: | The Orchard Centre has introduced a bereavement support service for families who suffer pregnancy loss or the death of a baby. Staff are fully trained to enable them to offer appropriate support. The intention is to improve communication and liaison with all providers of care so that resources are used properly. The service operates from Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with an answering machine facility for out-of-hours calls.
This is not 'group' support, but rather provides one to one support from trained and understanding professionals. |
