Comment:

The objectives of the Limbless Association are to promote the welfare of limbless people and to assist the rehabilitation of recent amputees. They have a nationwide network of volunteers who are amputees themselves, available to visit people in their own homes or in hospital, to provide advice and support. A quarterly magazine is published called Step Forward which prints articles by experts and members alike.
To be put in touch with someone in your area, telephone the Limbless Association and ask for the Outreach Officer, who will pleased to assist with any enquiries.
