The support can include a range of things, such as help in maintaining their home, advocating with organisations and household budgeting, as well as accessing the local community for social activities, advocacy and information. They recognise that access and transport are major issues for many people and for that reason (and to keep operating costs to a minimum) the team work from home and come out to you as necessary.
