The project provides a telephone helpline, advocacy and support service for women experiencing domestic violence, and temporary accommodation for women and children leaving refuges. The Project works directly with all victims of domestic violence and as a central referral point for the countys network of domestic violence support services.
The emergency Helpline is open twenty four hours, seven days per week (01452-500115).
This is not a Drop-in centre, although the helpline for general or on-going advice and support is open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
The Project is able to find and arrange safe accommodation throughout the county or further afield when required. They also run support groups for women - phone the main number (01452-500115) for details.
