Headway Cotswold Trust is a voluntary, self-help support group linked with Headway, the National Head Injuries Association. Headway provides information, offers support and organises meetings for victims of any age, Carers, friends and those professionally involved. Head injuries are defined as acquired, non-progressive brain damage. Advice and help is available to anyone and is not conditional upon Membership.
The Trust also provides Day Centre activities and therapy at the Headway House Day Centre. The Centre offers activities and therapies to provide slow track rehabilitation in any of the areas damaged by brain injury, including both trauma and stroke, etc. Opening times are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:30pm. Attendance is usually one day per week.
