Comment: | GRACE is an independent care advisory service for older people and their families, seeking residential or nursing home accommodation. Clients have the option of being visited by a Care Advisor to discuss their situation in detail. Accommodation is matched with the clients care needs, and GRACE also offers a Home Living Assessment service for those who wish to remain at home for as long as possible. A qualified Occupational Therapist visits the client at home to carry out an assessment, and will then recommend helpful adaptations or equipment. All aspects of care are covered - care homes, care at home, respite and convalescence, sheltered housing etc. They are also able to refer clients to Independent Financial Advisors who specialise in long term care. |
