This CAB offers advice on a wide range of subjects including complaints and consumer matters, housing problems, DSS benefits, legal advice, immigration enquiries, debt counselling, pensions, employment problems etc.
The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for Drop-in sessions 10:00am to 1:00pm. For subsequent contacts, pre-arranged appointments may be available between 1:00 and 4:00pm, and from 11:30am to 12:30pm on Wednesdays, with late opening for pre-arranged appointments on Tuesday 4:00 to 7:00pm. Telephone enquiries are answered at the times stated in 'Opening Hours'.
There are extension bureaux at Dursley, Berkeley and Wotton. Phone the CAB for further details.
Specialist advice areas are debt and welfare benefits.
