Comment: | Cheltenham Volunteer Centre (CVC) recruits and places volunteers with voluntary, community and other non-profit organisations operating in Cheltenham and surrounding districts. The office is open to visitors from 10:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Cheltenham Community Transport (CCT) (see seperate record) provides a range of low cost accessible transport services for older, frail and disabled people in Cheltenham, and to organisations set up to provide services to these groups.
Cheltenham Volunteer Centre is also active in the promotion of volunteering generally as well as providing advice, information and guidance, training and consultancy to Volunteer Involving Organisations. |
